A first for the industry, Director IT Mobile features real-time DC view, dashboards, alerts, track & trace, contacts, and access to your warehouse's webcams. It can all be configured to integrate seamlessly with your operation.
In the past, if an AGV stops moving in a warehouse, it was necessary to return to a workstation to figure out what's going on, to take action, to move resources. That's not necessary in our day and age. We can put that same information on a mobile device. You could be in a meeting, stuck in traffic, or a half-mile away across the building, and you can still take action and resolve issues.
The dashboard interface gives you performance information on actuals-to-goals, time to completion, status indicators, and more, providing a quick overview to overall warehouse performance in all areas. DC view provides light-weight visualization of a warehouse's layout, with selectable "info points" which enable users to obtain additional information. Track & trace provides the travel history of a label ID through the Dematic warehouse control system. And alerts make sure you receive critical information immediately.
